🌸 Kstudio Terms of Use

By using any Kstudio materials, you agree to the following terms of use.
Please note that these terms may be updated without prior notice.

All materials are copyrighted by Kstudio (ownership cannot be transferred or reassigned).
No refunds or exchanges are available for digital products purchased via BOOTH.
Reposting, redistribution, and claiming as your own work are strictly prohibited.
Using materials you have not purchased is forbidden.
Redistribution or resale of works where Kstudio materials form a main component is prohibited.
Commercial use in paid apps, games, or similar products requires a separate license fee.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to obtain one.
If you commission another creator to produce work based on Kstudio materials,
the original design copyright still belongs to Kstudio.

Minor adjustments such as color correction or blurring within streaming software (e.g., OBS, Shoost).
Use in narration videos, TRPG replay videos, etc. (cropping, color adjustment, blurring allowed).
Use as thumbnails, icons, or headers (cropping and color adjustments allowed).
Use for starting/ending screens (cropping and color adjustments allowed).
Use in both monetized and non-monetized streams or videos.

File format conversion (for example, converting .webm → .mp4)

Combination with other creators’ assets (backgrounds, items, overlays, etc.) is allowed,
provided you also comply with their respective terms of use.
Use in membership-only or paid content is allowed.
You may commission another creator to create derivative visuals for your own content
using purchased backgrounds as a base.
(Example: requesting a “waiting screen” based on your purchased background “Sakura Terrace.”)

Please include the following credit in the situations below:

Required when:

Using purchased backgrounds in self-made merchandise (e.g., as a printed background).
Using purchased backgrounds in return gifts or distributed items.

Use in monetized or non-monetized videos and streams.
Use in membership-only or paid content.
Assigning your own character name, story, or personal settings.
Receiving fan art is allowed.
Minor edits such as adjusting hair or accessories (as long as the original design remains recognizable).
Commissioning other creators for icons, illustrations, or character sheets (e.g., via Skeb).
Producing and selling goods using illustrations created by other artists.

Using the original Live2D model or standing illustration directly for merchandise production or sales.
(e.g., acrylic stands, printed calendars, etc.)

Custom modifications of general models (e.g., hairstyle or outfit variations) are not offered.
If you wish to add such variations, please commission another creator and, if necessary,
purchase the CMO data for your use.
